Prior to establishing Master’s Design, Nancy worked for 6 years with Tomlinson-Erwin-Lambeth as Head Showroom Designer. She also worked for 3 years with Woodard of Crown Leisure Products, overseeing the High Point and Chicago Showrooms. She was responsible along with Joe Barron for setting up both J. Royale and Habersham Showrooms. Additionally, Nancy was also responsible for the design of the showrooms which include South Cone, Ara Collection, Omnia, and La Maison Kalanik. She has been involved with a number of residential and commercial projects in the United States, France, Jordan, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. She has also assisted with model homes locally and on the coasts of South Carolina for Don Scott and Company.

Patti joined Master’s Design Inc. in 1997 after returning to college to obtain her interior design degree. Up until 1995, she was a Materials Manager in the commercial and hospitality furniture industry. After assisting Nancy Scott on the set-up of the J. Royale, Habersham, and Omnia Showroom she was responsible for the design of La Maison Kalanik, Ara Collection, and Didell. She has been responsible for a number of residential and commercial projects throughout the United States and Italy. Patti has also partnered with Nancy working on projects in the Middle East. She designed two rooms in the 2004 Lexington Charity League Showhouse and the Kitchen-Keeping Room in the 2009 Greensboro Junior League Showhouse.

After acquiring a BS in Interior Design from High Point University, Joyce initiated her career as showroom manager of Jeffco Fine Furniture. From there she managed Garcia Imports showroom, before moving on to manage Ferguson Copeland / Guy Chaddock showroom. As a talented and heartfelt designer, she persued freelance design in addition to her showroom management and proved herself exemplary in both pursuits. Her artistic eye for color and creative ability for space planning is further enhanced by her goal to please her clients. Her office administraitor client is equally as important as her NFL client. She identifies the specific needs of each client and balances the aesthetics, functionality, and layout of each project with a style and flare that's pleasing to the client's palette.
